Chocolate Raspberry Mousse

Serves 2

No eggs / No sugar



2 ripe avocados

1 ½ cup of raspberries

1 cup of cacao powder

3 tbsp. coconut cream

1 tbsp. honey


Mix all ingredients but raspberries using a high-speed blender.

Smash raspberries grossly in a bowl with a fork. Add raspberries to the chocolate mousse and combined well (but you want to keep chunky bits of raspberries). 

Refrigerate for up to 12 hrs - the flavours will develop and the texture will thicken.

Serve in individual bowls.
